It’s time for the weed report!

Come out and get some Primo Boss, all regular bud is marked down at least 20% while supplies last.  Grams are now $8 ($10 regularly) and eighths are $27 ($35 regular price).  Available strains include Cinex, Dirty Girl, Ewok, Flubber, Gorilla Glue, Holy Grail, Jackpot, Jillybean, NW Alien and Secret Recipe!  Once we are cleaned out of their stuff hopefully we can get an order of their new Lemon Cake and Purple Punch, possibly their best tasting strains to date.

Thursdays are the Acoustic Open Mic Jam with Vic – Join Vic as he hosts Open Mic/Jams in the Detour’s state of the art acoustic venue.  Plugged or unplugged, bring your instruments, original songs, renditions of classic ones, or works in progress.  Free, 6-9pm

Friday 1/18 – Lost in the Shuffle – A real treat! Ralph Baker and Gerry Sherman return to the Detour perform the spectrum of blues with great guitars and harmonicas.  Free, 7-10pm

Saturday 1/19 – Budtender Johnny’s Caribe Steel Band will be at the Detour!  Blending lively instrumental arrangements featuring Caribbean Steel Pans and crowd-pleasing vocal songs, Caribe Steel Band will warm your soul and lift your spirits with the sounds of the Caribbean: reggae, calypso, soca, samba and even your favorite pop tunes – with an island twist!  Standing room only.  Free, 7-10pm

Thursday 1/24 – Rooster Crow – A major DBD favorite, Alt-Country rockers from the PNW Rooster Crow celebrate their return to the OP by starting their mini tour at Disco Bay Detour.  This Indie gem of performers bring a “A blend of acoustic string sounds, heart-felt country vocals, and the occasional rock ballad… influenced by classic country story tellers like Townes Van Zandt, Lucinda Williams, and rock legends like Neil Young and Bruce Springsteen.”  http://www.roostercrow.org/  Free, 7-10pm

Friday 1/25 – The Spin Glo’s – Garage-band inspired rock – The Spin Glo’s do their thing and you watch. Or whatever, man!  Free, 7-10pm

Saturday 1/26 – Open Mic All Stars – This week’s regular Thursday Open Mic is being taken over by an awesome band from Olympia. So as a result Open Mic is being moved to Saturday night. The Open Mic All Stars event calls all the brave Open Mic’ers out there to come out and perform originals, covers, whatever… Bring 15-20 minutes of performance and be judged by your open mic peers. PRIZE! For 1st place as voted by the audience. Bring a thumb drive if you’d like to take a recording of your performance home. Sign ups start at 6:30.  Free, 7-10pm

Rogue Raven (1/11) The second half of our Rogue order came in and it is great.  We received Gorilla Glue #4, Firestorm, Cherry Gorilla, and 2 high CBD options: Harlequin (nearly all CBD) and Medi Haze (1:1), 7g GG4 popcorn for only $30, Super Lemon $15/g wax.  The bud is pretty unreal for the price at $9/1.3g and $30/4g jars.  I found the Medi Haze to be probably the best tasting CBD bud I’ve ever had, very fruity in the bag, nice and happy mellow effect that seemed to help me sleep.

SureFire (1/11) Bud in Blue Dream and Dr. Who, joint 2 packs in Blue Dream, Citrus Sunrise, Dr. Who, Ghost of Leroy and high CBD Harlequin…  and kief is back!
